Meth is a drug that has intense effects on the human circulatory and respiratory systems by affecting the nervous system dramatically. Put simply, it tricks the body into fight or flight response without the outside stimulation. So your body shuts down ineffective systems for flight or fight like your digestive and sexual systems. Basically, blood and water get shunted away from those systems. So your penis shrinks and other organs simply shrink because they aren't necessary. As usual, there is no free "high" something in your body and/or mind has to pay for it somehow.
